Tsukuba Science City Orchestra (TSCO) is an amateur orchestra based in the Tsukuba Science City area (Ibaraki, JAPAN), founded in 1985. We hold two regular concerts per year (spring and autumn) and participate in various community events.
We are currently welcoming players for: Vn, Vla, and Cb.
No formal audition is required.
However, participants are expected to have prior orchestral experience (or equivalent playing skills) and sufficient Japanese language ability to follow rehearsals conducted in Japanese.
Rehearsals are held every Tuesday evening (19:30-21:30) at Kasuga Koryu Center.
